Payment Policy

A deposit option is available up to 30 days before arrival. The full balance must be paid 30 days before arrival, failure to do so may result in losing your booking. In the event we invoke cancellation due to non-payment, any monies paid shall be forfeited. We do not accept provisional bookings so please do not make a booking unless you are in the position to honour it.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations more than 7 days before arrival will be charged nothing, but will be charged 100% of the total reservation cost if they cancel within 7 days of arrival. If you fail to attend your booking, the charge is 100% of the total reservation cost.

Change-of-Dates Policy

If you are needing to change the dates of your stay, requests must be made more than 7 days in advance of your arrival date. Requests are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse any requests made within 7 days of your arrival. Any date moves are at our discretion.

Group Bookings (2 or more cabins)

We do welcome group bookings as a general rule, if you wish to book more than two Cabins for your stay, please contact us in advance. We are unable to accept any group booking if any persons are between 18 and 21 years of age. If a group booking does contain any persons between 18 and 21 years of age, we reserve the right to apply a security deposit to each Cabin within said booking, at our discretion.

Breakages/Theft/Damages & General Expectations

We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee should there be any damage to or theft from the Cabin or the furnishing therein. It is requested that guests advise us in the event of breakage or damage. 

Guests are expected to leave their Cabin in a neat and tidy condition with all rubbish deposited in the large bins provided opposite Reception. Any additional cleaning time, undisposed rubbish and/or uncollected dog waste carries an additional charge of up to £50.

Music & Noise

We are a silent site – outdoor music and speakers are NOT permitted at any time. Please respect the comfort of other guests and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and when returning late. 

Smoking and Vaping

Smoking and vaping is not permitted inside any of the Cabins. Guests are permitted to smoke or vape on their own designated outdoor area as long as it does not interfere with the enjoyment of other Guests on the site and that cigarette butts and ash are disposed of responsibly.

Dogs

Well behaved dogs are allowed onsite subject to fees when booking. All dogs must be kept under control and their waste picked up after.

General Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to ask guests not observing site rules or in breach of these Booking Terms to leave the site, without a refund and with immediate effect. We do not accept any bookings from persons under 18 years of age, nor if any person is under the age of 18. 

Please be respectful to the wider site, the Cabin you are staying in and to your fellow guests. Forcett Grange is a shared working site with heavy machinery and moving traffic within walking distance of your cabin. Please do not enter The Log Company area for your safety.

Travel Insurance

We strongly advise you to take out the appropriate levels of travel insurance so you can have peace of mind that your costs will be covered, should you need to cancel your holiday for any reason. We recommend that guests have an appropriate level of travel insurance in place for their needs.

Communications

Personal information submitted to us via your booking or enquiry may be used to send you communications directly relating to your booking, our business and/or our newsletter by email (you can inform us at any time if you no longer require marketing communications by simply clicking on the unsubscribe link)

Complaints Procedure

We take all comments from Guests very seriously and in the unlikely event you wish to make a complaint you may contact us directly either by telephone or email and we will attempt to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

Booking Terms for The Sauna

Payment & Cancellation Policy

The minimum age requirement for a session at The Sauna is 18 years. 

Full payment is taken at the time of your reservation. Should you wish to cancel your reservation a 50% refund will be available up to 48 hours prior to your session. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in full loss of payment.

In the instance you are late to arrive, this may impact your experience timing. Failure to attend your session will result in 100% of the session cost.

Music & Noise

We are a silent site – outdoor music and speakers are not permitted at any time in The Sauna on or the sundeck.

Dog Policy

We do not permit dogs at The Sauna or on the sundeck. 

Parking

We have complimentary parking available on-site. We do not permit any vans including campervans, or works vehicles on-site. If you are needing to bring a van, you will be required to leave this in our overflow parking area.
